Carbon fiber replacement blade discs for Mammotion LUBA and Segway Navimow

The quick answer

Ultimow sells carbon fiber 6-blade replacement discs for Mammotion LUBA mowers (a $105 pair, all models except the Mini) and Segway Navimow i-series mowers (a $57 disk for the i105, i108, i110, i206 and i210). Check the exact model, expect a shipping delay until late October or early November 2026, and use threadlocker when installing.

What the discs replace

A robot mower’s blade disc carries the cutting blades. Stock discs wear, and blades can jam or loosen. Replacing the disc is a common fix, and Ultimow offers carbon fiber versions made from PA6-CF nylon with titanium-plated diamond blades.

Mammotion LUBA owners

Ultimow’s Carbon Fiber LUBA 6-Blade Disks are sold as a pair for $105. Ultimow guarantees fit for LUBA 1, 2, 2X and 3 and excludes the Mini, which has its own disk. It says the assembled disks weigh 25% less than the originals.

Segway Navimow i-series owners

The Carbon Fiber 6-Blade Disk for the Navimow i series costs $57 and is listed for the i105, i108, i110, i206 and i210. It ships assembled with six blades installed.

Check fit, shipping and installation

Confirm your exact mower model against Ultimow’s fit list. Ultimow’s pages say orders are projected to resume shipping in the last week of October or the first week of November 2026. Use threadlocker on the mounting screws as Ultimow recommends, and switch the mower off before touching any blade.
