The right fit beats a number.

What we evaluate

We look at the job a robot is meant to do, the environment it suits, setup, navigation, maintenance, ownership costs and support. The important criteria differ between a lawn mower, a pool cleaner and a home robot. We explain the useful differences rather than compressing them into a score.

How evidence works

Our launch reviews use official product information and editorial analysis. Manufacturer specifications remain manufacturer specifications. When hands-on or established testing evidence is available, we describe the supported findings and record the conditions internally. We do not invent testing or present marketing claims as independent measurements.

Why there are no numerical scores

A mower for an uneven garden and one for a compact lawn solve different problems. Our verdicts identify who a product suits, the reasons to consider it and what to check before ordering. Meaningful limitations stay in the review.

Product photography

We use real product images from official manufacturer sites. Backgrounds are removed for a consistent presentation while preserving the actual product, its branding and proportions. Conceptual or generated product images are not used as review photography.

Updates and offers

Product information is dated. Prices, availability, included accessories and discount terms can change, so the official store remains the place to confirm the purchase details. We publish a promotional code only after its terms and status have been verified.

Commercial relationships

Affiliate compensation does not buy a favorable verdict. Sponsored placements, review units and material relationships are disclosed where applicable. See our affiliate disclosure for more information.
